Please Note: The 2017 information will be updated as soon as CES makes it available. The information below is from a past show.

Why yes we do!

Freeman Exhibition Services

Freeman is the exhibition services company with whom you contract for booths, signage, furniture, carpeting, shipping, and any electric needs.  Unless you purchased a turnkey booth, your floor space is open booth space, meaning that you need to outfit it with any furniture, carpeting, and electrical you need (note:  The Venetian Ballroom is carpeted, so you may not need to order carpeting there).  You can find the complete Freeman Exhibitor Manual here:  Be sure to choose the correct exhibitor manual (LVCC or Venetian Ballroom), as some of the providers differ by location.  Discount deadline:  December 12.

SES—Electricity and Internet Access

The service provider for electricity and for internet access at the Sands is SES.  If you need electricity in your booth, you can find the details and order form here:   Discount Deadline:  December 16

If you need internet access in your booth, you can find the details and ordering information here:  Discount Deadline:  December 16

Audio Visual Equipment

If you have any A/V needs (projectors, TVs, monitors, computers), the provider is Freeman Audio Visual.  You will find pricing and ordering information in the exhibitor manual.

Travel and Hotels

If you haven’t booked your hotel rooms yet for CES, you can find information here:  .  We’ve found the CES rates to be pretty competitive, but it may be worth a check of Expedia or Hotels.com.  Deadline:  ASAP

Shipping/Drayage

Shipping to and from the show may be arranged by you, using your own preferred carrier, and you have options for either advanced shipping to the warehouse or shipping to the show site directly. Drayage (moving the boxes to and from the show site receiving area to the show floor) is charged directly by Freeman.  For information about move in/move out dates, view here .  Shipping information, including the shipping addresses and instructions, can be found in the Shipping and Material Handling section of the Exhibitor Manual.  Advanced Shipment Arrival Deadline: December 30 (discount deadline is December 12)

Online Directory Listing

Be sure to check and update your official CES Exhibitor Listing.  This ensures that you will be listed in all printed and online exhibitor directories.  To check your information, view here  and use the following login credentials:

Company: Name Your Contract is Under
Exhibitor ID: CES assigned you a number on your invoice
Password: CES assigned you a password on your invoice

Exhibitor Badge Registration

To register yourself and your colleagues for exhibitor badges, click here  and log in with your credentials above.

Booth Security

Although the doors to the show floor are locked every night, there are quite a few workers, exhibitors, cleaners, and others who have access to the show floor.  We recommend that you take any valuables (laptops, iPads, etc.) with you each night.  If you feel you need additional booth security, you can find information in the Exhibitor Manual.

Capturing Leads

If you are interested in capturing the contact information of your booth visitors, you can rent a badge reader from ITN International.  The ordering information can be found hereDiscount Deadline: November 25

Space Selection for 2018

Although it’s early to think about next year’s show, we will once again be participating in the CES Space Selection process.  As the 2017 show nears, you’ll receive information about your scheduled appointment time to secure space for the 2016 show.  Many more details to follow, but we wanted to be sure you had plenty of time to consider your 2016 show presence.

PLEASE NOTE: We will update this with a new link for 2017 once CES publishing their manuals.

Please visit this LINK to find access to full exhibitor manuals, rules and regulations, target move-in and move-out dates, etc. You will be utilizing the LVCC Exhibitor Manual.

PLEASE NOTE: This information is for a past CES. We will update with new info as soon as it is made available.

Good question.  We are 100% focused on bringing together the most relevant topics along with the most interesting speakers. In addition, we work year-round with our sponsors and speakers to guarantee a highly-curated program that is worthy of CES and our Digital Health Summit attendees.

With that said, there is no “set in stone” way we select our speakers. They come from a variety of conversations and meetings, sponsor companies, research and more research–but we are always interested in building new relationships to bring the best and brightest to the Digital Health Summit.

Our top priority is stellar content…period.

If you are interested in participating outside of just attending, you may let us know HERE.

Absolutely! We have a form for just this purpose. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we cannot guarantee a response.

Please note: Digital Health Summit does not do a formal call for speakers or topics. We create our content internally by working closely with individuals and companies, scouring all of the latest information and using our creative noggins.

While we do not have a formal volunteer program, if this is something you’re interested in, please contact Samantha Moore at [email protected]

Absolutely! We are not saying that there aren’t over 170,000 people in one location, but where will you ever find Digital Health living side-by-side with verticals such as automobiles, education, gaming, aging, environmental, filmmaking, home technologies and so much more? The exposure to business opportunities and partnerships are limitless.

And let’s not forget the incredible variety of Digital Health exhibitors and speakers that you will meet. It’s a very rare opportunity to have such an incredible variety of innovators, celebrities, thought leaders and movers-and-shakers under one roof. So get your brave faces on and come meet them all.

So to answer the question posed…yes, it is hands-down worth it to brave the crowds and chaos and join us this January at Digital Health 2017.

Business cards, a smile, and an un-sweaty palm 😉 Oh, and don’t forget those comfy shoes.

Meet new people, engage in new conversations–don’t be shy. We have heard incredible stories of really great partnerships and deals coming out of these conversations at the Digital Health Summit.

Now. Trust us when we say this, it is NEVER too early to book for this coming January. Las Vegas will sell out and it’s important to plan ahead to 1) even get a room, and 2) get the best possible rate. Here is a LINK to CES’ hotel information.

Unfortunately we are unable to reserve any hotel rooms for exhibitors, speakers or attendees due to the intense demand in Las Vegas during CES. Here is a LINK to CES’ pre-negoatiated rates with Las Vegas hotels.

International CES has blocked rooms at favorable rates for a limited time at a variety of hotels throughout Las Vegas. Please note that it is important to book hotels early through CES’ hotel program to get the best rates as they fill up FAST!

The Digital Health Summit showcases health technology products such as EHRs, telehealth systems, VR/AI for health care, digital diagnostics and therapeutics, mobile health applications and devices, sensor-based  and wearable technologies, care solutions for older adults, big data and predictive analytics, chronic care management, genomics, wellness and fitness devices and so much more.

We are strictly focused on the health & wellness space and are located at the front of CES Tech West in the Sands Expo.

We will have videos of all 2015 conference sessions post-show-please sign up to our newsletter (easy form on botton of our homepage) to find out when we post them to our site. If you want to watch the tweet streams from people attending Digital Health Summit on Twitter, follow the unfiltered twitter stream by searching the hashtag #digitalhealthCES and follow us at @DHsummit.

Keep in mind that it is cold in Vegas this time of year––the weather will be near freezing at night (it’s a dry cold) and up in the mid 50-60’s during the day. Comfortable shoes and casual or business casual attire will work just fine. And when we say comfortable shoes, we mean COMFORTABLE SHOES.
