Freeman Exhibition Services
Freeman is the exhibition services company with whom you contract for booths, signage, furniture, carpeting, shipping, and any electric needs. Unless you purchased a turnkey booth, your floor space is open booth space, meaning that you need to outfit it with any furniture, carpeting, and electrical you need (note: The Venetian Ballroom is carpeted, so you may not need to order carpeting there). You can find the complete Freeman Exhibitor Manual here: Be sure to choose the correct exhibitor manual (LVCC or Venetian Ballroom), as some of the providers differ by location.
SES—Electricity and Internet Access
The service provider for electricity and for internet access at the Sands is SES. If you need electricity in your booth, you can find the details and order form here:

Audio Visual Equipment
If you have any A/V needs (projectors, TVs, monitors, computers), the provider is Freeman Audio Visual. You will find pricing and ordering information here.
Travel and Hotels
If you haven’t booked your hotel rooms yet for CES, you can find information here: . We’ve found the CES rates to be pretty competitive, but it may be worth a check of Expedia or Hotels.com. Deadline: ASAP
Shipping to and from the show may be arranged by you, using your own preferred carrier, and you have options for either advanced shipping to the warehouse or shipping to the show site directly. Drayage (moving the boxes to and from the show site receiving area to the show floor) is charged directly by Freeman. For information about move in/move out dates, view here . Shipping information, including the shipping addresses and instructions, can be found in the Shipping and Material Handling section of the Exhibitor Manual. Advanced Shipment Arrival Deadline: December 30 (discount deadline is December 12)

Be sure to check and update your official CES Exhibitor Listing. This ensures that you will be listed in all printed and online exhibitor directories. To check your information, view here and use the following login credentials:

Exhibitor Badge Registration
To register yourself and your colleagues for exhibitor badges, click here and log in with your credentials above.
Although the doors to the show floor are locked every night, there are quite a few workers, exhibitors, cleaners, and others who have access to the show floor. We recommend that you take any valuables (laptops, iPads, etc.) with you each night. If you feel you need additional booth security, you can find information in the Exhibitor Manual.
If you are interested in capturing the contact information of your booth visitors, you can rent a badge reader from ITN International. The ordering information can be found here.
Space Selection for 2020
Although it’s early to think about next year’s show, we will once again be participating in the CES Space Selection process. As the 2018 show nears, you’ll receive information about your scheduled appointment time to secure space for the 2016 show. Many more details to follow, but we wanted to be sure you had plenty of time to consider your 2016 show presence.

Good question. We are 100% focused on bringing together the most relevant topics along with the most interesting speakers. In addition, we work year-round with our sponsors and speakers to guarantee a highly-curated program that is worthy of CES and our Digital Health Summit attendees.
With that said, there is no “set in stone” way we select our speakers. They come from a variety of conversations and meetings, sponsor companies, research and more research–but we are always interested in building new relationships to bring the best and brightest to the Digital Health Summit.

Absolutely! We have a form for just this purpose. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we cannot guarantee a response. Deadline for submissions is August 18th, 2017.
Please note: Digital Health Summit does not do a formal call for speakers or topics. We create our content internally by working closely with individuals and companies, scouring all of the latest information and using our creative noggins.

International CES has blocked rooms at favorable rates for a limited time at a variety of hotels throughout Las Vegas. Please note that it is important to book hotels early through CES’ hotel program to get the best rates as they fill up FAST!

Yes. Digital Health Summit Exhibits are part of CES show floor at the Sands Expo. Digital Health Exhibitors are located in CES’ Tech West right at the entrance of the Sands Expo….and they are so worth visiting!
No. You will have to purchase the The Digital Health Summit track within your CES registration.
When going through the CES registration, you will be required to upload industry qualifications in order to expedite on-site badge pickup. This will ensure a more streamlined and efficient on-site process. To verify your affiliation, please provide credentials (e.g., business card, paystub, letter of intro or health insurance card) or a brief description of your business purpose for attending the International CES.
Registration opens on September 6th on the CES Website. You must add the Digital Health Summit track if you wish to be admitted to the sessions. Your badge will already give you access to the exhibits.
No. Digital Health Summit is a part of CES. When you register for Digital Health Summit via the CES Website (Registration opens September 6th) you will automatically be registered for CES as well. This badge will give you access to all exhibits and unpaid tracks, keynotes and supersessions.
Pricing for Digital Health Summit from September – December 31, 2017, is $550 for the two-day summit. This pass will also get you onto the exhibit floor as well.

NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR THE DIGITAL HEALTH SUMMIT DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL SEPTEMBER, 2017.
Registration for the Digital Health Summit does not open until September 6th. After this date, you will need to register through the CES Portal and select Digital Health Summit as your desired track.
We’re sad to report that there is no wifi offered throughout CES so make sure to bring your portable hotspots or data-enabled phones if you wish to stay connected.
Keep in mind that it is cold in Vegas this time of year––the weather will be near freezing at night (it’s a dry cold) and up in the mid 50-60’s during the day. Comfortable shoes and casual or business casual attire will work just fine. And when we say comfortable shoes, we mean COMFORTABLE SHOES.
