Geoff Starr counsels digital health clients at all stages of the corporate life cycle. He works with entrepreneurs and founding teams to establish company structures that enable fast, flexible growth. He often serves as outside general counsel, advising on issues ranging from day-to-day commercial matters to corporate finance, corporate governance and strategic matters.
Geoff has handled hundreds of venture capital and other financing engagements for companies and investors. He has a robust M&A practice, having advised clients on several billion dollars-worth of transactions in the past few years alone.
Geoff also represents several national and international private equity sponsors and venture capital funds in their investment activities.
In addition to his corporate practice, Geoff supports several national and international nonprofits focused on providing critical medical care to those in need. He received his JD from Emory University School of Law and BA from Colby College.
