Kristin Van Busum is the manager of RAND Health Advisory Services and a health policy project associate at RAND Corporation, a nonpartisan research institution. Van Busum coauthored the Wellness Programs Study Congressional Report, commissioned by the Department of Labor, to evaluate the status and impact of workplace wellness programs across the United States. She has conducted evidence reviews and a series of qualitative assessments with businesses and employees about wellness program implementation and outcomes. Van Busum has experience investigating tools to improve employee engagement in wellness programs and decisionmaking in health care settings. Van Busum received an MPA from New York University, where she concentrated in health policy analysis.
