She brings more than 20 years of experience in the health, entertainment & media and consulting industries to Microsoft. She joined Microsoft in 2008, to lead business development efforts in the Health Solutions Group, driving partnerships for HealthVault, Microsoft’s consumer health platform. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Business Development and Strategy for the Windows and Devices Group, driving media and gaming partnerships for Xbox. Before joining Microsoft, she held the position of Senior Advisor in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking group at Eli Lilly and Company, where she worked on a broad range of licensing deals in the U.S. and Europe. Luisa started her career in the Business Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles, focusing on the Entertainment and Media Industry segment

Monge earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and is an avid tennis player, runner and aspiring golfer.
